Stewart Brewing, founded in 2004 by Steve and Jo Stewart, is Edinburgh's local, independent brewery. Our business is based on two very basic principles:
- to produce beers of the highest quality possible.
- to provide an exceptional service to its customers.

Stewart Brewing quickly established itself as one of Scotland's most successful and reputable breweries. Over the years we have continued to innovate and develop, whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh's rich brewing history.
