East London Brewing Company

East London Brewing Company

We are a 10-barrel microbrewery producing draught and hand-bottled real ales for pubs, bars, restaurants and off-licenses, predominantly (but not exclusively!) in and around London.

We're a husband-and-wife team who, fed up with just talking about it, decided to realise the dream. We established our East London-based micro-brewery in 2011 with the aim of producing high-quality, hand-crafted real ales. With an initial focus on draught ales for pubs bars, we now also hand-bottle four of our beers. ELB Pale Ale (4.0% ABV) is a crisp, lighter ale with a subtle bitterness and a fruity, perfumed aroma. Nightwatchman (4.5% ABV) is a darker premium bitter, well-hopped but smooth and with a complex balance of malts giving a well-rounded flavour. Orchid Vanilla Mild (3.6% ABV) is our newest ale, a dark mild, lightly spiced with vanilla pods during the last stage of the brewing process. Finally, Quadrant Oatmeal Stout (5.8% ABV) is beautifully smooth, inky, stout with a silky mouthfeel and a rich dark fruit flavour with hints of coffee. All our beers are hand-bottled, bottle-conditioned and un-fined. This means that while they're veggie/vegan friendly, they do contain yeast sediment and need to be poured out carefully into a glass before enjoying!
