Your privacy is very important to EeBria Limited (‘Us’). We understand you want to remain in control of your personal information and we take our responsibilities seriously and comply with all the Data Protection Regulations for England and Wales (including the new regulations known as GDPR for 2018). We can assure you that we only request and retain information that we need to make your buying experience seamless and to get your purchases to you swiftly. We keep your information confidential and do not sell or rent our customers' personal information to third parties.
Please note that when browsing our site, the provision of any personal information is not required unless and until you choose to make an account with us, make a purchase, or sign up for one of our email newsletters or other services as described below.
Persons below the legal drinking age in the country (18 years in the UK) are not eligible to use the Site and we ask that such persons do not submit any personal information to us. Any accounts which are created and not verified within one month as belonging to a person who is over 18 during their first purchase transaction, will be deleted from our database to ensure we are not inadvertently holding any personal information belonging to minors.
Personal information (information that is attributable to a specific individual) that we hold on all account holders and customers who have bought from us previously includes:
- Billing Address
- Delivery Address(es)
- Telephone number (if provided)
- Email address
- Date of Birth
- Buying history (and buying preferences if provided)
- Customer credit card numbers are never stored by us. We use a third party processor, Realex Payments (Global Payments Inc) who are subject to stringent security policies, to process all payments on the website. Saved credit card information is stored with them, rather than in our own electronic records. We ask customers never to provide us with their credit card number via email or phone, but to purchase securely through the website.
In order to purchase products and related services through our site, we require you to create an account. This asks you to provide us with essential personal information such as your title, name and your email address. We also ask for your date of birth and your address so that we can also authenticate that you are aged over 18 and so you’re able to use the website and legally purchase alcohol.
Some of these personal details are shared with a third party for the purpose of verifying your age against the records that they hold or have access to regarding personal information. Our automated age verification partner is Call Credit, about whom you can find more information at www.callcredit.co.uk.
If the automated check regarding you being over 18 does not come back with a positive result for whatever reason, or you opt out of that process, you may be asked to evidence your age with some form of documentation. If you email this to our customer services email address or any other @eebria.com email address, you consent to this information being held by us on our email servers.
Unfortunately if we are unable to verify your age via our partner or provision of photo ID our system will not allow you to check out and purchase products on our site.
Making a Purchase
All payments made on the website require us to take additional details from you including a delivery name and address, credit card details and a corresponding billing address. In order to process the payment for your product(s) and delivery we share your name, address and card details with our card processing partner Realex Payments (Global Payments Inc).
If you choose to save your card details to make checkout easier in the future, these will be stored securely with our partner.
If you purchase product(s), the delivery name and address and sometimes your contact number will be provided to a third party courier company for the sole purpose of delivering the specific purchased product(s).
Your address may also be visible on the shipping labels to employees of the producer from which you have ordered the products. The marketplace model means that items are shipped from the producer’s address, often where the drinks are originally made.
We have contracted assurances that our partners (producers and couriers) agree to not use this information for any other purpose, either in connection with such shipment(s) or separately from such shipment(s). The partners also agree not to separately contact you at any time for any reason. Our current courier partners include ParcelForce, UKMail, CitySprint and UPS. We may use other reputable courier businesses to get your delivery to you in the fastest and most efficient way and you consent to your Delivery Name, Address and Phone Number being shared with our chosen courier party.
Sending Info over Email
We ask customers to maintain their personal information in their account online, however should the need arise to send us information over email so that we can amend an order or verify your age manually, you consent to us also storing this information in our email servers. Please do not send us personal information over email except where required or requested.
Automatic Logging of Session Data
Generic information about your computer's connection to the Internet, called "session data", will automatically be logged. This information is anonymous and can not be used to track your personal information. Session data consists of things such as IP address, operating system and type of browser software being used and the activities conducted by the user while on our site. An IP address is a number that enables computers attached to the Internet, such as our web servers, to know where to send data back to the user, such as the pages of the site the user wishes to view. We collect session data because it helps us administer our website, track correlative information and to collate statistics in relation to visitor traffic. We may use your IP address to help us diagnose problems with our server. Rest assured that this information can not be linked to you personally.
Any personal information that you provide us with such as your name and address etc. is neither gathered nor stored in the cookies placed by the EeBria web site and, as a result, your information will not be passed on to any third parties without your consent.

You can disable cookies or set your browser to alert you when cookies are being sent. EeBria supports your right to block any unwanted Internet activity, especially that of unscrupulous websites, but please note that if you choose to block EeBria cookies, this may disable certain features on our site and may make it impossible to purchase or use certain services available on the site. It is possible however to block cookie activity from certain websites while permitting cookies from sites you trust, like EeBria.
Opting Out of Communications
We need to contact you during the ordering and delivery process in order to make sure you get the confirmation of your purchase and the delivery information you need. We need your email address to do this, but if you have provided us with a mobile number then we or our courier partner may also use this to notify you about the delivery schedule or to troubleshoot a delivery if there’s a complication.
As an EeBria customer, you may opt in at any time to occasionally receive updates from us about new producers, special offers, new EeBria services, and other items that may be of interest to you via email, text messages, phone or post. Where previous indication of consent has been provided, it is possible for you to opt out at any time, in order to no longer receive these types of messages either through an opt out feature in the message or through your account settings. Your account settings are accessible in the My Account section of the website, a link to which is available from any EeBria.com web page.
We use a third party company in order to manage some of our communications and your email address is therefore shared with MailChimp, a reputable and respected email management company.
